• There is no transfer of IP Ownership by providing these images in any format e.g. (RAW, TIFF, PSD etc...) unless a separate written agreement and payment has been completed clearly indicating said transfer.
• Anytime any of these images are published, one of the three photo credits must be displayed: "shot by em." | "photographed by em." | "photography by em."
• Paid images may be used by the client for personal use. However, these images can NOT be resold to or used by any third party without written consent from and/or financial compensation to the IP Owner.
• Movies or any media involving motion require a separate license agreement.
