      you have agreed to all of the following terms:

      • These images are strictly the Intellectual Property of

      • There is no transfer of IP Ownership by providing these images in any format e.g.
      (RAW, TIFF, PSD etc...) unless a separate written agreement and payment
      has been completed clearly indicating said transfer.

      • Anytime any of these images are published, one of the three photo credits
      must be displayed: "shot by em." | "photographed by em." | "photography by em."

      • Movies or any media involving motion require a separate license agreement.
