TESLA ROADSTER 2.0
With the world full of uncertainty and chaos, is this really what we need right now; a car that almost no one will be able to afford for the purpose of doing skateboard tricks on pedestrian roads?!
I was going to write a lengthy article about how incredibly stupid this car really is, but I found a video that better describes all of my first thoughts.
The crazy part is I’m not a scientist nor do I have any specific knowledge in the field or aerospace, but literally everything I thought when I first saw this demo was expressed in the video below. I guess from my time in the Navy as a Gunner’s Mate where my Rate required me to extensively study electronics, hydraulics and pneumatics, not to mention pay strict attention to safely protocols makes me notice things right away that others don’t or won’t.
I thought about the debris being blasted in all directions; I thought about the danger of having a huge gas filled tank directly behind and/or beside the driver; I thought about the possible danger of impact to the body when landing, (or God forbid) if you landed wrongly. About the only thing I thought that they didn’t mention in the video was that every time you take off, you literally blind the car behind you.
I also thought this is just another one of Musk’s “Vaporware” products allowing him to once again scam millions from his sycophantic fanboys.
