PARTY / EVENT RSVP FORM

Before registering to attend a Workshop with em.fotografik,
please carefully read the terms and conditions below:

• Please understand that because slots are limited to just a few seats.
Once you have registered, you are hereby contractually obligated to
make the required deposit within 48 hours of your registration, as
your seat will no longer be available to anyone else.

• There will be no refund of your deposit once you have registered
regardless of any mishap and/or scheduling conflict. You can
however transfer your seat to someone else if you give us
proper written notice of the change prior to the start of the workshop.

• Of course you are under no obligation to do so, but we would greatly
appreciate that you send us any images taken during our workshops
so that we may provide them to the models (who are often volunteers),
or so that we may post them on our Social Media.

• You will not be compensated in any way for images you take during
our workshop and/or shared on our Social Media sites as a part of
your participation.

• You may be photographed and/or filmed during the workshop;
There will be no monetary compensation for your appearance
in any media recorded before, during, or directly after the workshop.

• You must agree to all the terms by checking the box below
before being allowed to attend any workshop by em.fotografik | Emerge Inc.
